The setup fee for the Member Database Manager is a simple one-time $500 payment.
You also must have a retail advanced UnionActive hosting account to support the extra data. If you have a standard or basic UnionActive account, you can upgrade to the retail advanced hosting package and just pay the difference in the monthly hosting cost.
